Programmer:

3D Digital Corp, one of the world leaders in laser triangulation inspection systems, requires a qualified Programmer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Role in laser, galvanometer and imaging system design. Developing R&D designs and transitioning designs to prototype production.
• Software design and development of improved triangulation and calibration algorithms.
• Identification of future markets and customization of 3D Digital's product range to allow expansion into these markets.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS in Computer Science, MS preferred
• 2 + years industry experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge on Visual C++ programming, Significant Visual C++ programming experience
• Experience in developing GUI using GLUT, SDK, COM, ActiveX Control
• Excellence Math skill (3-D coordinates Transformation including Rotational Matrix and Translation Vector, Linear Algebra)
• Proficiency in using Open GL for rendering 3D objects. Knowledge of graphics pipeline using Open GL
• Imaging systems / Machine vision experience
• MATLAB experience with image processing

Not required but a plus:

• Experience with image acquisition using industrial digital cameras (CCD)
• Experience with nonlinear programming
