Optix Scanner Options

The newest generate of Optix Scanners, the Optix 400 series, has integrated a new detachable heads feature. This provides 2 big advantages.

• The first is that you can purchase and set up 1 Optix Scanner, and then swap out the heads depending on what your scanning needs are. You do not have to use the space of setting up multiple different units, or the alternative of taking down and setting up different units. Instead you just change out the head at need.
• The second advantage is cash savings. While you will need to purchase the whole unit the first time, after that you will need only to buy the heads.

Optix 400 Series Scanner Functions

The Optix 400 series of 3D Scanners has 4 different Scanner Heads that you can purchase. Each of these heads fills a different role, so depending on what your needs are you have 4 different units that you can choose from in order to find the one that best meets your requirements.

Optix 400M: Medium Range scanning. Large and medium size objects.

Optix 400H: Medium Range scanning. Medium and small size objects.

Optix 400S: Short Range scanning. Small size objects.

Optix 400L: Long Range scanning. Large size objects.
